similar to project 18884, if you bid on that we invite you to bid on our project. The objective is to build a vacation rental site that provides at least the same functionality as vrbo.com. Specifically, it needs to allow property owners to post their properties online for rent. Vacation rental seekers can search the site based on a number of criteria in order to find suitable properties. The charging model for the site needs to be flexible: we may choose to charge posters, charge seekers, or make posting and browsing free for all but charge commissions when a property is rented. The UI language needs to be configurable and at least two languages need to be supported. Don't worry about localization, we will provide the localized content. The property listing detail page needs to include geographical area, pictures, description, contact information, etc. The database should be searchable by all of these criteria. There should also be a calender feature for each property that allows the users to see availability of each property.
