Interactive voice response (IVR) - Telephone Menu

For a multi language telephone menu I am looking for one or more voice actors / actresses. The following languages I want to cover: - English - Dutch - German However, I want the languages spoken with an accent. As, this telephone menu has to be informative BUT funny as well. So the following accent groups I think can, depending on the voice actor / actress, sound funny. - Southern Accent (e.a. French, Italian) - Eastern Accent (e.a. Polish, Russian) - Arabic / African (e.a. Moroccan, Turkish) - Asian Accent (e.a. Chinese, Indian) The accents need to sound funny. But, of course the message in the spoken language should be understandable to the user of the menu. I want a menu with 3 different kind of accents. For example, I don't want both an Italian as well as a French accent. a good combination for the menu would, for example, be: - English with a French accent - Dutch with a Turkish accent - German with a Russian accent The menu is short, it should take a little time to record it. It will be like: - Welcome at [company name]. For English, press 1 - Hello, at the moment, all our lines are busy. Maybe that ass at the reception is doing a nap or flirting with the girls from the marketing department, who knows. But, if you tell me your name, number and why you want to talk to us; I will write it down here somewhere... After 24... or lets say 48 hours.. somebody will call you back... Bye, bye...
