VBA And EXCEL expert needed

This is an URGENT project and it needs to be completed by tomorrow 5 pm EST (New York time). No exceptions. Do not bid if you dont intend to finish. This project is partially coded and need somebody to finish. My estimate is that the project should not take longer than 3 hours to complete as 80% of code is provided and is working. PLEASE read the attached documentation and sample files on what is needed. This project requires VBA programming and excel chart skills. What is expected : 1. Copy code from one spreadsheet to another and make it work. 2. Charts to be completed and working 3. Conditional Formatting I will give generous bonus if completed before time. Will award the project in next two hours.
