Hi i'm Don Reyes been in the callcenter industry for almost 7 years, i worked with Sitel Philippines (ClientLogic) for 5 years with US and UK accounts then work as a home based callcenter more than a year now. im using a Desktop and a laptop that exceeds the expectation and a ISP connection of 5MBPS DSL with headset and webcam. with experience with CSAT survey via email also responding customers inquiry via email. also experience with all aspects of customer service via chat trough automotive dealership and setting up sales used and new vehicle, setting up service appointment and parts delivery.
