Spanish Speaking Video Editor for Film Project

Hello - I am looking for a Spanish/English speaking video editor who can help me make the final edits to a feature film project (which is completely in Spanish). The project is roughly 75 minutes in length. It has already been filmed and organized in a very rough assemblage. I need a highly skilled editor who can make the final edits, including titles and credits. The story of the film is the following: San Salvador, Salvador - modern day. A female taxi driver encounters various customers throughout the course of a single day. The film is shot entirely inside of a taxi. There is not a lot of editing to complete because the film is shown from two specific camera angles. The scenes are encounters with people inside of the taxi only. There is nothing taking place or shown outside of the taxi. You may also need to help me with the translation of Spanish to English, as I do not have subtitles as of yet.
