Video Downloading and Uploading to my website

Dear freelancers, I need a very experienced freelancer who has very good knowledge of Non Copyrighted videos. I need 2000 youtube videos that are non copyrighted downloaded and then to be uploaded to my website. Downloaded videos will have to be converted to MPEG4 format and then uploaded to the website. One excel sheet will also be created with three columns 1) Username 2) Video Link and 3) Views at youtube. There must be no copyright issue with videos, and it needs to be completed in very short time. Payment will be made on completion of the project. Project has to be started very urgently.
