Add Existing Animated Powerpoint to MPEG4 HD video

e have an existing MPEG4 HD video produced on an HD Ultra Flip video camera. We are trying to add this video to a Powerpoint presentation which is animated with audio and visual animations. Both the video and the powerpoint presentation are complete but we need somebody to convert the Powerpoint to video retaining all of the animation and audio and then join to the end of our existing HD Ultra Flip video. This is a straightforward job for somebody with the right skills and programs. You don't need to do any editing or create the videos. They are all done for you. All you need to do is put the two together in one mp4 format. We were let down by another worker so this is quite urgent. We need this job done within 24 hour of accepting the bid.
