Translate Dynamics AX 2012 Training Docs (Word, PDF) - English to French, Part 1

This job involves translation of training documents from US English to standard French. At this time, we are providing roughly 20 documents totaling 156 pages. Provided this first job is done in an error free, timely and reasonably priced manner, we will then provide additional work to translate 300 more documents and 2,400 pages. The source documents are multiple Microsoft Word documents and one PowerPoint file. They include application screen shots. We are not changing the screen shots at this time, just updating all other information in the documents from English to French. We would like you to: • Translate all text (body, headers, footers, comments, etc.) in each document from US English to standard French language, returning one translated file for each file provided. File names should remain unchanged. • Leave the screen shots as they are in the documents. We will, separately, replace those after the fact. Their placement in the translated documents should be adjusted as necessary for proper alignment with the translated text. • Additionally, provide a single, merged, PDF document from the translated Word documents that includes all of the material from all files such that this one file may be distributed. An English version PDF example is included so that you may see what we desire. • Thoroughly proof-read all material to ensure high quality translations with very few translation or grammatical errors. • Return all translated files within a folder in a zip compressed folder, as was provided for the English versions.
