I need urgently the translation of attached certificate with 246 words from English into Portuguese (PT) by native speaker. Translation is needed within next 2 hours. Project will be awarded to the fastest native speaker who fit the budget. Payment only when document is delivered within 2 hours after project award. In attached document I deleted the personal dates (around 50 words) which will be delivered after project is awarded.
