php coding for email marketing Software(repost)

We require some modifications for an Email Marketing Software called interspire. PLEASE ONLY REPLY IF YOU KNOW THIS SOFTWARE - WELL. We need to be able to use triggers with autoresponder messages. At present it's possible to use triggers only for the email campaigns. However, we need to be able to do the same for autoresponder messages.. for example - I want new people that come on to the list to be able to receive my preset 6 messages... then after they have received this - they begin to receive my email campaigns as and when I send out... Otherwise, they are receiving 2 messages in one day.... one from the autoresponder and one that I may be sending out on that day as well Is that good explanation ??... of my problem and requirement?..
