Edit a German document

I had my English ebook translated into German, and now I'm looking for a second opinion. Every language has its nuances and idioms, and I'm hoping to find someone who is a good creative writer IN GERMAN, and make it interesting for German readers. So I'm looking for someone to edit this ebook and rewrite it where necessary, so that a German reader will not only understand it, but find it as useful as possible!! That also means, where possible, changing distinctly American references into German (or European) ones. In Microsoft Word, it is 319 pages, using a large-size font. This would be about a 200 page book if printed in hardcopy. This is NOT a translation job. This is EDITING a book that has already been translated. Knowing how to translate something into German is different from knowing how to write in a clear and interesting way in German, and that (the latter) is what I'm looking for.
