Document Proof reading and formatting

Hi, I am looking for someone to proof read a document: 4,500 words British English only IT related, so at points it gets a bit technical I need someone not only to fix obvious typos, errors in grammar, but also fix poor wording, sentence structure where necessary. Furthermore I will need following changed to the body structure: Reformat numbering system, where each paragraph is numbered, with main headings acting as a group, i.e. 1. heading one sub heading 1.1 para 1 Also I need very quick turnaround, start working immediately upon acceptance and finish in couple of hours at most. Please note that the deadline is 4 hours at most, not one day as it says in the project description, this is only due to vworker limitation! I will not accept any deliverables after that time, from the project start. If done well more projects to follow. The document will be provided to individual bidders. Thanks
