Transform Blog PHPIZABI in diary video

hi good morning I would like to transform the blog rubric of phpizabi in video diary. The members fill their diary every day but only by video to send by webcam or by telephone portable with sms. the present only text will be only the title of video the members will be able to choose to show their diary to everybody or only to their friends (contacts). videos will have a length max of 45 seconds. the members will be able to send videos which relate them days. in the canteen, in the bus, at job. sat on my chesterfield etc.
