confluence expert needed for intranet

I need somebody with experience with confluence from atlassian to create an online intranet for our users. It needs to connect to our outlook calendars, send notifications if files are uploaded. needs to organize users in groups (some users in multiple groups) and needs to be setup in our style, preferably with a theme. I have somebody at our company who can do the data entering but i need somebody who help set it up and organize this. Thanks!
