As someone with 9 years of working experience, I know what it takes to do the following tasks: sourcing applicants, conducting an initial interview, posting job ads, inbound and outbound calls, file allocation, data entry, monitoring data and performance, workforce management, coaching, implementing process changes, training, upskilling, handling different mailboxes, suggesting actions for improvements, onboarding, administrative tasks, and verification of credentials. In my current role at Tenet Health, I was the only one in the Preboarding department who were assigned to do the activations in HRIS system as this is usually done by the onshore team.
