Hi, im a 2D animator and i could do the animation that you're asking for. I will be charging you 26 dollar approx per second of animation at 12 frames per second. I'm willing to do 40 seconds of animation with up to 10 scenes (with different backgrounds) and color characters. No music added. For that i will need you rough storyboard and conceptual art, to adecuate the style of painting and drawing to your request.
