Do some 3D Modelling

Haha looking for a 3D rig and model artist to make some changes to an existing model and rig. The project it's for is almost finished animation, BUT revision passes are of course inevitable anyway, and for various story reasons (and subsequently aesthetic reasons), I've had to finally face the fact that changes have to be made. the rig/model in question is one I hope to be able to reference into my shots with minimal fuss, so it would be great if I could find a technical artist who was good at both modelling and rigging so they'd now how to make the changes with the minimal changes to the rigging. The character in question mostly needs a different face, and changed upper arm had area. Of course it'd be great to find an artist with enough aesthetic knowledge to make the existing rig closer to the appeal of my designs in ways I failed to accomplish with the original design, haha. Texturing/lighting ect isn't an issue: i'll worry about that later. Sooner it's done the better, but other things can be worked on with the project until it's finished. Not sure what the going rate for a revising and "touch up pass" work. Life has taught me you get what you pay for, however, so I'm erring on the generous side.
