Redesigning of an discount fashion outlet

We are looking to redesign/refurbish our existing fashion store and reposition it as a discount driven, moderately priced family fashion store with concentration of menswear. We would not be going for any structural changes and would like to get work done by changing wall graphics, wall painting, sectional themes, headers, props, fixture and merchandise display patterns and themes, focal points, window displays etc. We would not be able to close the store for business and hence the work needs to be done in parts and section wise. Post the refresh, we wish to launch the new Spring summer collection – 2014 in our store, hence window displays must be aligned with it. Size of store: 450 sq mtrs floors: 2 (ground & mezzanine) merchandise mix: menswear (dominated by casual wear and party wear), mens formal wear, ladies ethnic & casual wear, kids wear location: next to an expressway, with no fashion outlets around. locality: contains mixed population with moderate to high disposable income. We are looking to close the initial design (theme) within 5-7 days and overall work of implementation in next 10 days. At freelancer we are looking for designer to help us with theme building, wall colors, wall graphic designing, and 3d- mock ups. He/she can arrange local implementation or that can be done by us via some vendor who needs to be guided at every step by the designer.
