Oberon Initiatives Inc, provides turnkey LED Lighting solutions to Commercial and Industrial customers across the northeast. We partner with various utility companies to help businesses upgrade existing lighting to LEDs through state-sponsored rebate programs. We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative for calling and emailing new potential businesses that can drive revenue growth. This role requires calling and emailing new leads to set up appointments for energy audits at businesses to upgrade existing lights to LED lights through state-sponsored rebate programs. Essential Duties: - Generate appointments for free energy audits for businesses to receive rebates to upgrade their outdated lights to LEDs - Conduct outbound calls and send targeted emails to potential customers - Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field - Ability to effectively conduct outbound calls and engage with customers - Unintimidated by cold calling and accepting of rejection from customers - Excellent communication, written and oral presentation skills - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
