Advertise my website on forums

Hi there, I need someone to aggressively promote my e-book mall. Advertising must be done on various different active forums with a standard ad that I've created. I will pay for the submission of my ad text to +-400 different forums. The reason I'm asking for 400 forum listing is that a lot of advertising listings gets deleted by the admins. Proof of all forum submissions must be given after the job is done in the form of URL's.
