Cryptocurrency exchange Chaincreator ([login to view URL]) is looking for a technical support representative experienced with cryptocurrencies and trading.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, while working to establish a positive rapport and ongoing engagement with clients.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues with customers and partners and convert them into bug reports.
• Ability to take constructive feedback, learn from it and make improvements when needed – own your mistakes if you make them and take everything as an opportunity to grow.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, requests, and needs.
• Communication is key and we do it in various ways - LiveChat, phone, email.
• Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, sales, account problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
• Great communication skills - must speak English
• Occasionally write manuals or help documents
