Tally Defination language Developer Required

Greetings, I was reading your project, but I have some questions. I would appreciate it if you could clarify it for me 1. Do You want me to do some integration or Customization in Tally? 2. Do I need to sign any NDA? Note: For your time concern, We can deal in a way where the requirements would be completely fixed and I would be delivering the project before the deadline but If there is any major change(from the technical point of view) then We may need to extend deadline However I will try my level best and complete the project before time.
