help with XenServer 7.1 virtual machine disk error

We have a XENSERVER 7.1 and there is a disk error happening on a ZIMBRA e-mail server in which the Virtual Machine is not loading anymore. If we remove the logical disk, it goes OK, but when we attach the disk back, the virtual machine doesn't come up back again showing the following error message in the XEN SERVER: TAPDISK EXPERIENCED AN ERROR. We need urgent help please.
