Mobility - LTE - IP core Network & IT Network - CCNP/CCIE or Network Professional

I'm trying to build a cell phone network - LTE Network. I need to know what are the devices that I need for my IP core backbone network. I also want to build my IT network infrastructure. What servers and licenses will i need for my IT network what devices will IT consist of?
