Not only do I specialise in virus/malware/spyware removal & prevention, as well as Windows Server OS's, but I can also provide you with a Managed Antivirus solution to prevent future infections. Firstly, I would delete all Temporary Internet Files & Temp folder files. I would then temporarily install the Managed Antivirus which has a very small footprint, to scan & remove any infections that are found. I would also check through the registry to ensure there are no malicious entries hiding in there. I can also provide a full report of what work I have done, what infections were found & cleaned, etc. I already use Teamviewer also for all my remote customers, so that won't be a problem. I can do this for you. If you give me access to the machine, I can check the system folders for things that are suspicious, use some anti-malware programs to clean up and find why the service provider thinks you are infected. I have 2 years experience with all windows server (from win2k, server NT to Server 2012.). I can utilise an application called Wireshark to analyse the traffic leaving your server and determine its source. Let me know if I can help you.

A little off topic, but are from luxury sopha? I'd love to investigate this for you friend, I can obviously see that the malware is trying to tunnel via port 53 and I can make this a very quick and painless ordeal for you with my experience in malware and forensics! Not only can Identify the malware, I should also be able to give you some intellegence as to the purpose of the malware and/or if it managed to filter any data off your network.
