BigBlueButton advise needed

We require someone to tell us how we can make this happen with BBB (BigBlueButton) running on a ubuntu 10.04 32 bit dedicated server with root access. You are NOT required to do the work, just tell us how it would be achieved. We want to assign BBB rooms to say 1000 users. Each users room would be on a third level domain, ie: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We have no sysadmin on our team to advise us how to get this working. The deliverable on this project would be a txt file as a report, this is because vworker requires you upload the "deliverable" We would also like to talk to you over Skype to be sure everything is understood before you write this short report.
