I've design systems completely in access with vb based forms. I can fix this in a relatively short timeframe. likely 1 day possibly much shorter depending on complexity. If I am selected, I will correct your problem, advise a longer term solution, as well as train you in form restoration from the designer viewpoint to the addition of the vb should it become lost. both of these issues can present themselves when using access forms as a front end. personally, I would suggest removing the form from access while still using that database model paired with the sql to achieve a stand alone form.
