I am in need of a freelancer who is skilled in COMSOL analysis and Solidworks design. The project requires expertise in heat transfer analysis using COMSOL and simulation analysis using Solidworks. Specific requirements for the design include specific dimensions and requirements that must be met. Ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Proficiency in COMSOL analysis, specifically in heat transfer analysis - Proficiency in Solidworks design, specifically in simulation analysis - Ability to work with specific dimensions and requirements set by the client Little bit more about the project : Design of Microfluidics Setup Purpose - The purpose of the microfluidics setup is for research purposes. Materials - Both metals and polymers will be used in the setup. Size - The size of the microfluidics setup will be determined by calculating the length of the tubings. General overview: The setup consists of syringe pump , valves , PFA polymer based tubing that is transparent, connector, metal tubing ( made of SS) , helical units ( to heat up the slug up to 320 C ) , another metal tubing , connector and PFA tubing followed by characterization equipment. The idea is that we can control movement of the slug in the entire setup and undergo it under rigorous conditions ( 320 C for 50 minutes ) so the reaction takes place. I have been closely working with another freelancer and with him we coded in Anduino T- sensor and solenoid valves. However, now I am seeking an engineer who is not only capable in programming , electronics , but also knows Soildworks , can perform heat analysis , and design and draw the entire microfluidics setup. Must be available for zoom meetings for updates Ideal Skills and Experience - Experience in designing microfluidics setups for research purposes. - Knowledge of working with both metals and polymers. - Ability to calculate the length of tubings for the desired size of the setup. - Soildworks , Programming in Anduino , electronics - Mechanical Engineering - Chemistry Skills Required

I can model, simulate, and design appreciate CAD files for this project in both COMSOL and Solid works or an equivalent CAD software. Your problem can be modelled using heat transfer, transport of diluted species, lamina flow, and chemistry module incase there are chemical reactions.
