Repair wordpress database from .frm and .idb files

I have had a major server crash early in the process of building a new wordpress site. I have recovered the wordpress directory, and idb and frm files, but the ibdata1 and log files are lost completely. I need someone who can recreate the database and provide me with a .sql file which can be imported back via phpmyadmin.
