Need a script or program that will convert mobile phone numbers to the carriers email extension. - repost

I need a software that will convert mobile phone numbers to its email extension, Im sure you know that every phone number has an email extension as I have listed the larger companies below. I will need to be able to import my phone numbers in the software and it should convert the phone numbers to its appropriate email address. When complete the conversion should look like this:( A ten digit number , then the email extension ) ##########@[login to view URL] (verizion) ##########@[login to view URL] (sprint) I have something similar now, but for some reason the convert feature is not reading all of the numbers and assigning the numbers to the correct carrier. I can show you what I have, and what I have used before if this would help. I can send you a link so you can see the different carriers and the formats.
