Hi, Thanks for this awesome project. I've checked attached PDF and also analyzed all three wireframes of iRON API with all your requirements. I know all the technologies very well that you mentioned in project description. I would like to this project more. I will go for Semantic UI, If you are planning to use a framework. For CSS Queries I will prefer Saas instead of Less and will automate all the compilation and minification tasks using grunt. I will use Bower to keep the dependencies under my control. Angular will be best to play with JSON data. If Experience factor doesn't matter for you. then I can assure you for the best of the best work in reasonable price. Because I am not having a 4 Year Experience in Web Development But May be I've qualities more then a 4 Yrs Experienced Developer.
