Need a file API for Apache Cordova/Phonegap Given file path API needs to store the file on device to serve to the front end. API needs to take the URL as a parameter int the form of "[login to view URL](ID).extn" where (ID) is the numerical ID to save images on local device to be later served to the front end of the application by that ID. So something in the realm of "[login to view URL](12345)" that will return a local URL for the document to be consumed on the front end of the application. This has to be working on following platforms: iOS 9, iOS 10, Android 6 & 7, WindowsPhone 8.1 and WindowsPhone 10. Delivery date has to be adhered to as the deadline is fixed thus has to be completed within 7 days (5 working days)
