Web based real estate application

We would like to develop a web application for our real estate buyer's agency. Note -we don't sell properties and we don't want a CRM, it's an application to assist in managing a list of properties and associated information for our prosective buyers to view and comment on. The app will have both staff and clients accessing it (with varying permissions) and the app itself will basically manage a list of properties that are linked to client projects. Users will view the property list according to the projects they are linked with. We plan to implement the software within our own business, improve and make it robust then may look at extending to other businesses down the track. We're looking for an organisation/individual who is interested in helping us over the longer term as we will want to make enhancements on the software over time. Deliverables: Source code, Database Schema or instance, release binaries, instructions for deployment, setup of hosting server, deployment of a test environment to the server, deployment of live environment to the server, a proposal for ongoing service arrangement. Although not wedded to a specific technology or programming languages, we'd like to have a database backend and would like to select a bootstrap theme for a front end. We'd like to have source code pushed to a shared repository periodically during the build and would like to have the application hosted on a reasonably priced scalable cloud host such as digital ocean (or one you suggest). **Instructions for applying** - Please read through the attached document to give you an overview of the project. Technical Information - The technologies you intend to use for the solution and how you would go about delivering the project. Your ability to provide enhancements and support. Your ability to setup test and live environments and deploy the solution. Project Information - timeframes, milestones, milestone payments, when you could commence. Communication and Location - where are you located (for time difference) and will you be able to communicate with us over skype if required during the project?
