hi, I can write an application for you that records audio data after receiving noise, it just needs some prerecorded silent sound of the environment, if the noise on the environment is too much it might fail and needs complicated sound processing.

Hello, I have experience developing an application that records from audio devices on Windows 7 with .net 4.5 C#. The trick would be to make the application know what does voice means.
