I am in-charge of about 12 different emails addresses at work and my duty is to go through emails sent to us to look for the important ones to take care of immediately. Now we get thousands of requests daily and I find it is a very daunting task. I want a software that will enable me enter the important keywords of phrase of words in text then press something like enter or search and locate exactly the important request emails. The email search function isn't sufficient enough and makes it that I still have to go through hundreds of emails daily. So the software will be able to search for specific details in the inbox and attachments included. Please I will be only expecting people that have the knowledge to do this to apply for this gig. In your bid please put a time frame that you know you will be able to finish my work taking into consideration the other gigs you have at hand and that you might bid for in future. Note: If you win this gig and you do not deliver the software on the time frame entered in your bid and there is not valid reason why the project is not complete, I will immediately cancel the project so we do not continue waste each others time.
