Multifaceted Personal Assistant

I'm in search of a resourceful Personal Assistant who can help streamline my online presence and administrative tasks. Your role would be pivotal in managing several key aspects of my business and personal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain my social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, and Little Red Book.
- Schedule regular posts and engage with the community to bolster our digital footprint.
- Organize files meticulously, ensuring easy access and systematic storage.
- Train AI tools with relevant data to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Proficiency in the aforementioned social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills for effective file management.
- Experience in community management and social media scheduling.
- Basic understanding of AI training and its applications.
I need someone who is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently. Familiarity with the peculiarities of Asian social media platforms like Wechat and Little Red Book is a plus, as is experience with social media tools for scheduling and engagement tracking. If you have a knack for creating order and a passion for social media interaction, you might be the perfect fit for this role.
