Simple Website With Google Checkout, I'll pay for Quality!

Hello. I'm looking for somebody who can work with me to put up a single page website. I have a single product that I am going to sell. So all the site would need is one page with an explanation of the product and a way to pay for the product at the bottom. I would like to go with google checkout as the payment system, and maybe paypal too. The site doesn't have to be anything fancy. I just need the description of my product in a way that looks nice. I will need to get people excited about the product, so anything that helps do that would help. I do not have a domain or web space for this project yet. I do have a couple domains at godaddy, but if you know of a better deal let me know. When you bid please let me know what the costs will be for the web space and domain. I would like to go with a .com. I would like to see past work included with your bid, and any ideas you have. I know for a person who knows what they are doing this is a 2-4 hour job. Also, please make an honest bid. I hate getting $30 bids that have a message with a different price. Quality is also important and I will pay a more for it, I will also be looking at past feedback.
