shopify system automations expert needed

Hi, We run a shopify store that does custom digital portraits. We currently have the orders going to a trello board via zapier. We also have one list getting sent to a google sheet. We would like to have someone look at our set up and help us figure out the most efficient solution for fulfillment and tracking and automation. >>>We need to be able to send the completed orders via email automatically from Asana directly to the customer. >>>We need to be able to fulfill the orders on shopify automatically as well. We have one subcontractor who manages 38 artists. He does use our system so we have had to create a new system to work with theirs. They use a google sheet only to track their orders. So right now we have one list that automatically sends the info to a google sheet. But it's still not the most efficient way to do it. We need some to look at their system and our and help us come up with the best solution to integrate our systems. Or we just need someone who can help us look at the whole thing and come up with a better solution. We are open to ideas.
