Shopify Developer Expert to Customize Product Structure & others

I am looking for a Shopify Developer Expert who can customize my product structure and make specific customizations to the product page layout. First is product structure similar to this image; [login to view URL] - All those ingredients in above image will be clickable so user can read about them from each listing. - Ability to add those ingredients from the dashboard in the products as each product will have variety of ingredients so it should be very easy to add those ingredients and they appear similar to to the image above on the frontend. - Each product will have many similar or different ingredients so there should be a way that if similar ingredients, all you need to is select those ones and add to the product page from the backend. - Each ingredients must have their own page and ability to add as many as we can. Similar to Brands page where you have brands listed under one page and once you click on any brand, an another page opens. Another task is that there is an image slider with different images sliding, however, there is no option for them to give Hyperlink to the desired page. Please check the attached file. it should be done easily via frontend page customisation or something.
