This project is about doing just one simple shell script. There's even prepared codes that you can use. No new coding. If you know how to do shell script, that's it. Don't think the fee is low. The project is obviously very simple and I have already spent at least $3000 at freelancing websites. So perhaps this won't be the last project I do with you if your work is good, so in the long term the total fee I give you might well be beyond $250 or more.
