posting and removing images from search results

We are looking for someone to help Monica Hansen, who is a model and a swimwear designer with her own brand called Monica Hansen Beachwear, to get some unauthorized images of her removed from the sites they are found on and removed from internet search results. We are also wanting to then have that person post images of Monica that she does approve of onto different sites on the internet where they will gain traffic and placement in search results on Google and Bing. We have already posted her approved images on several blogs and wordpress websites that she owns as well as on sites like photobucket and flickr but we need to get help in making those images we have already posted rank higher or also have the person we hire help us by posting her images to other sites where they will get more views and gain standing in the image rankings in that way. Since unauthorized images are always showing up either on sites that we have already contacted and asked to remove them or on different sites that pop up periodically, watching the internet and keeping on top of getting them removed is an ongoing project. Similarly, Monica is always getting new images taken and so we have an ongoing need to get those posted and pushing them up in the seach results. I would estimate the project to take up maybe 10 hours per month, but we are interested to hear your thoughts on the matter as well since we are not experts in getting images to rank high and that is why we need someone like you
