397463 SEO Link Building

Hey, I'm in need of some search engine optimization link building for 5 different sites. I am after only white hat techniques (mainly just adding the links and keywords to QUALITY sites and directories), as well as results to be recorded in an excel spreadsheet. Ok so I have a budget of around $100 all up for all 5 sites ($20 worth of link building per site). I know its not much but I am not expecting too much per site so let's see what you can offer me. Also the sites will each have 5 keywords and a short description of which i will supply. Options for further and continued work for the right person is also available. Cheers, Steve.
