544504 search box issues on website

Hi I have been giving lots of regular work to various freelancers on this site but only 1 of them have produced work to my standards. I recently asked a freelancer to add a working search box on my site ( i provided the psd file for this box ).I explained that the results page must be identicle to that shown at [login to view URL] ( try their search tool to see what i mean ). The results pages i wanted need to be more proffesional and in keep with the rest of my web site ( not just a google results page as currently shown on my site ). I have 2 questions for you. 1. Can you produce a results page identicle to myruby site but in keep with my sites fonts and colour scheme? 2. Can you sort the search bar and clickable search button at the top of my site so that they are more in- line and central rather IDENTICLE TO MY PSD FILE ? It is essential that you speak and understand PERFECT english as i have had so many problems in the past with freelancers not understanding my requests.
