I need a Reliable Webmaster

I am after someone to be my webmaster. I will send you a website template, plus around 15 pages of content. You will then set the website up and upload it to my server mainly HTML. There are a few other minor tasks and that is it. I will provide training (if needed) to show you exactly what I'm after each website is to be built to EXACTLY the same format, my webmaster tells me each site takes him about 15- 20 minutes to complete. (Sadly he has decided to take a year out to travel :-( You will need to be reliable and be able to communicate in English. Please quote me for three site's, but the winner will be getting a lot more work in the future (approx 50 sites in total), so you will need to be reliable and after more work as I have many ongoing projects. I am getting this work completed for $15 per site please do not bid if you are over this amount.
