Hello, I am a chemical engineer with a PhD in Chemistry. As a consultant I have experience in industrial settings, and as a researcher I know how to manage projects in the lab. My specialisation is biocatalysis and have experience in Food, Textile, Cement, Pharmaceutical projects.
I would like to know more about your specific need for this project. What kind of substrate you are treating? What techniques and chemicals have you already tried out and which ones you are not interested in? I assume you use reactive dye. What kind of reactive group(s) does it have? You are only concerned about exhaustion, not fixation? What is the full, detailed sequence of steps and conditions (times, pH, liquor ratio, type and number of baths and temperatures) that you follow during the dying of your substrate?
Please let me know about the process you follow so I can know where you are, and to be in a better position to give you a better proposal for what you really need.
After we have set a clear goal, we may proceed to split the project in concrete milestones defined by the deliverables, timing, and price. In this way we will be advancing to our goal step by step, and always under your approval.
My best regards
Ruben
