Looking for Tourists to come in Tanzania

We are looking for a sales person that will be paid on commission basis (7%) of tour cost for every tourist/group of tourists that will book with us. Condition is that a tourist(s) must book with us to come in Tanzania. We are willing to pay in advance as long as Sales Person is confident that will find tourist(s).
