Hours 8:30 AM to 5PM EST We provide data cleansing and matching software to small, medium , and large business Core Responsibilities: Customer Support: Inbound Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats Qualifying leads, forwarding to sales team Providing Level 1 Training support to clients Providing Level 1 Demos Invoicing Support Outbound Work with sales/marketing team to identify potential leads, conduct email campaigns, social media connection, and calling to find key decision makers and qualify new leads for sales. Bonuses paid for product demonstrations/ qualifying new leads that result in a sale. Requirements Perfect English Skype access Excellent Internet connection, 5MBPS Download, 2MBPS upload via speedtest.net. Reliable internet connection Professional work environment, no unprofessional background noise Experience with lead generation, customer support, and sales Experience with Microsoft Excel, Data Quality, and Data Analysis Experience with software sales a plus.
