I am looking for an appointment setter to help me in the investments industry.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with technology industry terminology
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and services
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording appointment details
Requirements:
- Ability to make 1-2 appointments per day
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software or tools
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients and schedule appointments based on provided criteria
- Follow-up with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records
- Provide weekly reports on appointment progress
