Ltd. Naturayu Wellness, a leading provider of Ayurvedic products focusing on diabetes management, is looking for Freelance Health Counselors to join our mission of "Mission Diabetes Free India." As a Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our Ayurvedic products, educating individuals about diabetes management, and arranging free health check-up camps in your area. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with people affected by diabetes, providing them with valuable guidance and support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Health Counseling: • Engage with individuals affected by diabetes in your community, understand their health concerns, and provide information on Herbayu Wellness' Ayurvedic products and solutions. • Offer personalized counseling sessions to help individuals manage their diabetes effectively. • Explain the benefits and usage of our products to potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns. 2. Promotion and Sales: • Promote Herbayu Wellness products through in-person meetings, phone calls, and other effective marketing methods. • Build and maintain a network of potential customers and referral sources. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. 3. Health Check-Up Camps: • Organize and coordinate free health check-up camps in your locality with the support of Naturayu Wellness. • Recruit and manage a team of volunteers for event logistics and support. • Educate attendees about the importance of regular health check-ups and offer information on our products and services. 4. Record Keeping: • Maintain records of interactions with potential customers and health camp attendees. • Submit regular reports to the organization regarding your activities and outcomes. 5. Training and Development: • Participate in training programs provided by Naturayu Wellness to stay updated on the company's products and services. • Continuously improve your knowledge of diabetes management and Ayurvedic solutions. Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Passion for promoting health and wellness, particularly in diabetes management. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals in your community. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Knowledge of Ayurveda and diabetes management is a plus. • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or health counseling is advantageous.
