I am looking for a European freelancer who can physically check 1-3 properties in multiple cities. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting neighborhood analysis for real estate investments. Skills and experience required: - Knowledge of European real estate market - Ability to conduct thorough neighborhood analysis - Familiarity with property condition assessment - Understanding of legal documentation related to real estate investments The freelancer will be responsible for visiting the properties in multiple cities and providing a detailed analysis of the neighborhoods. This includes evaluating factors such as safety, amenities, transportation, and potential for growth. The freelancer should also pay attention to any legal documentation related to the properties. The successful candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to provide accurate and comprehensive reports. Fluency in English is preferred, but not mandatory.
